Refund policy
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Revocation period
The withdrawal period is 14 days:
- for goods, from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods,
- in the case of partial deliveries, from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the last goods,
- in the case of NASH VIP Club Membership, from the day on which the contract is concluded.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs for the standard delivery, immediately and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any additional fees.
In the case of goods, we may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Return costs
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for
- Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs,
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery,
- goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
Special note on membership
The revocation of the NASH VIP Club Membership is to be distinguished from a termination. Cancellation terminates the Membership for the future in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. Revocation affects the original conclusion of the contract within the statutory period.
If you have requested that the Membership begins during the revocation period, you must pay a reasonable amount in the event of revocation, which corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time of revocation compared to the total scope of the contractually agreed services, insofar as legally permissible.
