Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days:
- for goods, starting from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods,
- for partial deliveries, starting from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the last item,
- for the NASH VIP Club Membership, starting from the date the contract was concluded.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the shipping costs for standard delivery, without delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to process the refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any additional fees as a result.
For goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exclusion or Early Termination of the Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts regarding:
- Goods that have been custom-made according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs,
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been broken after delivery,
- Goods that are likely to spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
Special Note Regarding Membership
Withdrawal from the NASH VIP Club membership must be distinguished from termination. Termination ends the membership going forward in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. Withdrawal applies to the original contract conclusion within the statutory period.
If you requested that the membership begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount in the event of withdrawal, corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time of withdrawal compared to the total scope of the contractually agreed services, to the extent permitted by law.
