General Terms and Conditions
1 Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store and to the NASH VIP Club, unless more specific provisions apply to the Membership.

3 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products and memberships in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By submitting the order, you are making a binding offer. The contract is only concluded when we expressly confirm your order or dispatch the goods.
4 Prices and payment
All prices are total prices in euros and include statutory VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately in the checkout.
For deliveries to Switzerland, additional duties, customs duties or fees may apply, which are to be borne by you, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The payment methods offered in the checkout are final.
5. delivery
We deliver to the countries we offer in the checkout within the EU and to Switzerland.
Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly stated as binding.
If a delivery fails for reasons for which you are responsible, you may be charged for the reasonable costs incurred as a result.
6 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
Voluntary guarantees only exist if they are expressly promised by us. Statutory claims remain unaffected.
8 Liability
We shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health as well as in the case of intent and gross negligence.
In the event of slight negligence, we shall only be liable for breach of material contractual obligations and only for typical, foreseeable damage.
Liability in accordance with mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected.
9. vouchers and promotions
Promotional vouchers and discount codes can only be redeemed under the conditions specified in each case.
A combination of several vouchers or discount promotions is only possible if we expressly state this.
Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.
10 NASH VIP Club
The NASH VIP Club is a paid membership with the terms and prices specified in the checkout or on the respective product page.
Payment is made in advance for the selected term.
The membership is automatically renewed for the selected term if it is not canceled beforehand.
We will remind you in text form before the renewal.
The current VIP discount will be displayed before the membership is concluded.
Changes to prices or membership benefits only apply to future renewal periods and will be communicated to you in text form in advance.
The following benefits in particular may apply during an active VIP status: VIP discount, free shipping, priority support, Tree Planting and a voluntary warranty benefit for the NASH razor.
The VIP discount does not apply to promotional merchandise or already discounted products unless we specifically state otherwise.
Free shipping applies to deliveries to the EU countries offered by us and to Switzerland, insofar as we deliver there.
The shipping advantage only applies within the framework of fair usage behavior. Abuse occurs in particular in the case of unusually frequent individual orders or unusual order rhythms. In such cases, we can first point this out to you and terminate the membership for good cause in the event of further abuse. In this case, any Membership fees already paid will not be refunded.
You can cancel the membership at any time. The termination takes effect at the end of the current term.
You can pause the membership. The pause takes effect at the end of the current term. During the pause, only those benefits that we expressly provide for will continue to apply.
A voluntary warranty benefit for the NASH shaver only applies in accordance with the terms and conditions communicated in each case. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
11 Applicable law
Austrian law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In the case of consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not restrict any mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
12. dispute resolution
We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless otherwise required by law.
13. final provisions
Should any provision of these GTC be invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
